<正>阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)是引起老年痴呆的主要原因,通常起病隐匿,患者从轻度记忆力受损,逐渐发展为认知障碍,进而出现日常行为能力异常以及严重的认知功能损害~([1])。随着社会人口老龄化的逐步加剧,AD的发病率亦呈逐年上升趋势,在2000年至2015年期间,由于AD引起的死亡人数比例增加了123%,与人口中老龄人口增加的比例相一致~([2])。目前世界范围内AD患
