摘要
目的利用肠道屏障功能生化分析系统观察二胺氧化酶(DAO)、D-乳酸及内毒素在溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者血清中的变化与临床意义。方法选取2016年8月至2018年4月我院收治的UC患者20例(UC组)和同期体检的健康志愿者20例(对照组)。各组均采集空腹静脉血3-4 mL,静置2-4 min,3000 r/min离心10 min,分离血清待检。UC组根据病情严重程度再分为:轻、中、重度UC组,根据病变范围分为:全结肠炎、左半结肠炎、直乙状结肠炎组。并结合胃肠功能损伤分级进行比较和分析。结果 UC患者外周血中DAO、D-乳酸和内毒素水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。此外,活动期UC患者外周血中DAO、D-乳酸水平与病变程度及病变范围有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清DAO、D-乳酸和内毒素水平测定对溃疡性结肠炎患者的疾病诊疗及病情观察有一定的临床意义。
Objective to observe changes and clinical significance of diamine oxidase(DAO), D-lactate and endotoxin in serum of ulcerative colitis(UC) patients with intestinal barrier function biochemical analysis system. Methods choose 20 cases UC patients(group UC) and 20 cases healthy volunteers(control group) from August 2016 to April 2018 in our hospital. Collect fasting venous blood 3-4 mL for each group, with stationary of 2-4 min, 3000 r/min centrifugation 10 min, separate serum for examination. Divide group UC into mild, medium and severe UC group according to disease severity, and divide them into total colitis, left colitis, and straight sigmoid colitis group according to disease extent. Compare and analyze gastrointestinal function injury with classification of each group. Results DAO, D-lactate and endotoxin level in peripheral blood of UC patients was significantly higher than control group(P< 0.05). In addition, DAO and D-lactate level in peripheral blood of active period UC patients was correlated with severity and extent of lesions, difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05). Conclusion serum DAO, D-lactate and endotoxin level has some certain clinical significance in diagnosis and treatment and obseravation of ulcerative colitis patients.
