摘要
本文总结了使用Leica激光跟踪仪进行飞机装配测量基准网校准的方法,并结合Spatial Analyzer软件(简称SA)的统一空间测量网络(Unified Spatial Metrology Network,简称USMN)功能计算测量结果和整合不确定度。相比传统的最小二乘拟合拼接法,USMN功能通过重新分配拟合要素的权重,降低了多次拼接引入的累积误差,从而提高了大部件装配测量基准网的校准精度。
This paper summarizes the calibration method of measurement standard network using Leica laser tracker, combined with USMN function of calculating and integrating uncertainty. Compared with the traditional least squares fitting and splicing method, the USMN function reduces the cumulative error introduced by multiple splicing by redistributing the weight of fitting elements, thus improving the calibration accuracy of measurement standard network.
