摘要

STCW国际公约马尼拉修正案提出自2012年起在船舶上强制配备电子电气员这一新职务。从树立先进的教育理念、制定科学的人才培养方案、建立与优化核心课程体系、强化实践教学、推动"双师型"师资队伍建设、引入并实施船员教育和培训质量管理体系等六个方面对船舶电子电气工程专业人才培养质量保障体系进行探索与实践。
        The Manila amendment of the STCW International Convention introduced a new crew position of electro-technical officer on board ships since 2012.This article aims at exploring and practicing the talent cultivation quality security system in marine electrical and electronic engineering by establishing advanced educational concepts,developing scientific personnel training programs,establishing and optimizing the core curriculum system,strengthening practical teaching,promoting the construction of "double-professionally-titled teacher" teaching staff,and introducing and implementing the quality management system for crew education and training..
