短根异常的研究进展
摘要
短根异常(short root anomaly,SRA)是一种牙根生理性发育障碍疾病,国内学者称之为牙根发育不良(hypoplasia of tooth root,HTR)。人群患病率0.6%-10%,表现为牙根短小圆钝、甚至缺如,多累及上颌中切牙,有左右同时受累趋势。短根异常的病因目前尚未完全清楚,一定程度上增加了临床正畸诊疗工作的难度。因此,掌握短根异常的临床表现、病因及患病特点对临床正畸诊疗工作显得尤为重要。
