腰椎间孔镜下治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期效果及VAS评分分析

摘要
目的探讨和分析在腰椎间盘突出症患者在腰椎间孔镜下治疗的近期效果和VAS评分。方法抽取2015年7月—2018年7月在我院医治的腰椎间盘突出症患者(196例)作为分析对象,以入院顺序分为乙组、甲组,每组98例。乙组采用开放手术,甲组是腰椎间孔镜下治疗,总结近期疗效、神经传导速度以及VAS评分。结果甲组近期治疗的总有效率、胫后神经的传导速度、腓总神经的传导速度、VAS评分都优于乙组,差异具有统计学意义,P <0.05。结论在腰椎间盘突出症患者中,腰椎间孔镜下治疗的近期疗效确切,有效改善神经传导速度和疼痛。
Objective To explore and analyze the short-term effect and VAS score of treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation under lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopy. Methods The patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2018(196 cases) were selected as the object. According to the order of admission, they were divided into group B and group A, 98 cases in each group. In this study, group B underwent open surgery and group A underwent the treatment of lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopy. The short-term efficacy, nerve conduction velocity and VAS score were summarized. Results The short term of total effective rate, conduction velocity of posterior tibial nerve, conduction velocity of common peroneal nerve and VAS score of group A were better than those of group B, with significant difference(P < 0.05). Conclusion In patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, the short-term efficacy of lumbar intervertebral foramen endoscopy is exact, and it effectively improves nerve conduction velocity and pain.
