PPH术及RPH术联合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔的疗效

摘要
目的:研究PPH术及RPH术联合外剥内扎术治疗重度混合痔的疗效。方法:选用在某院接受重度混合痔治疗的96例患者作为研究对象进行分析,同时根据抽签法将其平均分为研究组与对照组各48例,对照组采取的治疗方案为单一使用PPH术,研究组则采用RPH术联合外剥内扎术。结果:治疗后,研究组的总有效率高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:RPH术联合外剥内扎术在重度混合痔治疗中,疗效理想,此法值得在各大基层医院的临床治疗中推广使用。
Objective: To study the effect of PPH and RPH combined with external stripping and internal ligation for severe mixed hemorrhoids. Methods: 96 patients who received treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids in a hospital were selected as subjects for analysis. At the same time, they were averagely grouped according to the lottery method, which were the study group and the control group, 48 cases in each, and the treatment regimen in the control group was PPH alone, while in the study group, RPH combined with exfoliation and internal ligation was used. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: RPH combined with external debridement and ligation is effective in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids. This method is worthy of popularization in the clinical treatment of major primary hospitals.
