摘要
低温调相VM气耦合脉冲管制冷机是一种热驱动的新型液氦温区制冷机。本文对液氦温区的低温调相VM气耦合脉冲管制冷机蓄冷器进行了相关研究。首先对制冷机系统及蓄冷器填充方式进行了介绍;其次利用Sage对两级蓄冷器中不同填充方式进行了数值研究;最后对制冷机两级填充方式进行了实验验证及优化,最终该制冷机获到了3.06 K的无负荷制冷温,在4.2 K可以提供30.2 mW的制冷量。
        The Vuilleumier gas-coupling pulse tube cryocooler(VM-PT) with cold shifter is a novel kind of thermal-driven cryocooler working at liquid helium temperature. An optimization study of its two-stage regenerators was presented in this paper. Firstly, the system structure and filling patterns of regenerators were introduced. Secondly, a numerical study of optimizing the two-stage regenerators' filling pattern was studied by using the software SAGE. At last, the experimental verification and optimization were carried out. Finally this VM-PT cryocooler obtained a no-load temperature of 3.06 K and the cooling power of 30.2 mW @ 4.2 K by experiments.
