摘要
目的:探讨负压封闭引流术(VSD)技术在治疗Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病感染创面治疗中的应用。方法:回顾分析自2017年10月经彻底清创后行VSD治疗的Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病感染创面患者;结果:该患者经VSD治疗后3次植皮成活率较高。结论:对于Ⅰ型神经纤维瘤病感染创面,经及时清创,并行VSD负压吸引术后一次性游离植皮,创面愈合快,方法简单有效。
        Objective: To investigate the application of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD) in the treatment of type I neurofibromatosis infection wounds. Methods: Retrospective analysis of patients with type Ⅰ neurofibromatosis infected wound treated by VSD after thorough debridement in October 2017 was made. Results: The survival rate of skin graft was higher after three times of VSD treatment. Conclusion: For the wounds infected with neurofibromatosis type I, one-time free skin grafting after timely debridement and VSD negative pressure suction is a simple and effective method.
