金匮肾气丸中附子、地黄阴阳配伍规律的研究

摘要
关于肾气丸的组方原理,医家各有不同认识。如王履"以地黄为君",吴仪洛则"八味地黄丸主用之味为桂、附",现代7版《方剂学》与吴仪洛持相同观点。但以温补学派"一阳陷于二阴之中"理论分析,则以附子、地黄阴阳同补,以阳化阴,以阴涵阳,共为君药。根据炮附子配伍地黄的阴阳原理,近现代医家祝味菊又延伸出附子分别配伍磁石、茯神、酸枣仁等的用药规律,并用于临床效果显著。
Doctors have different understanding about the principles of the prescription of kidney Qi pills. For example, WANG Lu "takes rehmannia as the king", and WU Yiluo" takes eight rehmannia pills as the main flavor of GUI and Fu". The modern seven edition of" formula" holds the same view with WU Yiluo. However, based on the theoretical analysis of "one Yang is in the middle of two Yin" of the warm-tonic school, it takes the two Yin-Yang of the Fuzi and the Dihuang as the complementary medicine, and the Yang defusing Yin and the Yin defusing Yang. According to the principle of Yin and Yang of Suan zaoren compatibility with Dihuang, the medicine law of Suan zaoren compatibility with magnetite, Fushen, Suan zaoren and so on extended from Suan zaoren in modern and modern medicine.
