消化内科护士对基于Watson关怀理论之护理人文关怀认知的现状调查

摘要
目的了解消化内科护士对基于Watson关怀理论护理人文关怀的认知现状,为临床开展相关的培训及管理提供参考依据。方法采用自行设计的消化内科护士护理人文关怀认知调查问卷,对3所三级甲等综合医院的136名消化内科护士进行调查。结果 136名消化内科护士对护理人文关怀认知得分总均分为(12. 56±2. 61)分,正确率为62. 39%。不同性别、年龄、工作年限、所在医院、知识获取途径护士对护理人文关怀认知得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论消化内科护士对护理人文关怀的认知水平不高,护理管理者应参考影响因素,建立并完善专科护理人文关怀的学习与临床实践环境,以提高消化内科护士对基于Watson关怀理论护理人文关怀的认知水平。
Objective: To understand the cognitive status on nursing humanistic care based on Watson theory of human caring among nurses of gastroenterology department,so as to provide references for carrying out the related training in clinic and management. Methods: A total of 136 nurses in gastroenterology department from 3 tertiary class A hospitals were investigated with a self-designed cognitive questionnaire about nursing humanistic care. Results: The total average score of 136 nurses' cognition on nursing humanistic care was(12. 56 ±2. 61),and the correct rate was 62. 39%. There were statistically significant differences in the nursing humanistic care cognition score among different gender,ages,years of working,hospital and the channels access to knowledge of nurses(P < 0. 05). Conclusion: The cognitive level of nurses on nursing humanistic care in gastroenterology department is not high,and nursing managers should establish and perfect the study and clinical practice environment of specialized nursing humanistic care based on the influencing factors,in order to improve the cognitive level on nursing humanistic care based on Watson theory of human caring among nurses of gastroenterology department.
