单孔腹腔镜双钩疝针经皮腹膜外结扎术在小儿腹股沟疝治疗中的应用研究

摘要
目的探讨单孔腹腔镜双钩疝针经皮腹膜外结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床效果。方法选择2016年4月至2017年12月我院收治的腹股沟疝患儿120例,随机分为两组各60例。A组采用双孔腹腔镜单钩疝针治疗, B组采用单孔腹腔镜双钩疝针治疗,比较两组的手术相关指标、复发情况、并发症及术后美观满意度。结果 B组的手术时间及术后住院时间均短于A组,并发症发生率及复发率均低于A组(P均<0.05)。B组患儿及家属的术后美观满意度高于A组(P <0.05)。结论采用单孔腹腔镜双钩疝针治疗腹股沟疝患儿,可有效降低并发症发生率及复发率,提高患儿及家属的术后美观满意度,缩短治疗时间。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of single-port laparoscopic double-hook hernia needle through percutaneous extraperitoneal ligation in the treatment of children with inguinal hernia. Methods 120 cases of children with inguinal hernia admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 60 cases in each group. Group A was treated with double-port laparoscopic single-hook hernia needle, while group B was treated with single-port laparoscopic double-hook hernia needle. The related operation indicators, recurrence, complications and postoperative aesthetic satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and postoperative hospitalization time of group B were shorter than those of group A, and the incidence of complications and recurrence rate were lower than those of group A(all P <0.05). The postoperative aesthetic satisfaction degree of children and families in group B was higher than that in group A(P <0.05). Conclusions Single-port laparoscopic double-hook hernia needle in the treatment of children with inguinal hernia can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,improve the aesthetic satisfaction degree of children and their families, and shorten the treatment time.
