贵州省黔南州大坝乡2015-2018年孕产妇保健及儿童生长发育情况调查

摘要
目的了解贵州省黔南州大坝乡2015～2018年孕产妇保健情况及儿童生长发育情况。方法采用普查的方法对辖区内所有孕产妇保健情况进行调查;采用随机抽样的方法对辖区内0～5岁儿童生长发育水平进行检测。结果大坝乡2015～2018年孕产妇的建卡率和产检率均在94%以上;轻度贫血率11.86%,有逐年增高的趋势(P=7.07×10~(-5)<0.05);2017年和2018年住院分娩率均达到100%;高危孕产妇发生率31.3%,并有逐年增高的趋势(P=7.79×10~(-8)<0.05);剖宫产率29.38%;早产儿发生率2.93%,低出生体重儿率在4%～8%之间;巨大儿发生率1.83%;母乳喂养率74.5%;0～5岁儿童低体重率在1%～4%之间;生长迟缓率均2.14%,超重率和肥胖率均为0;轻度贫血率5.03%。结论大坝乡2015～2018年孕产妇保健情况有较大改善,但0～5岁儿童生长发育状况仍不容乐观。
Objective To investigate maternal health care and child growth of Daba minority town, South of Guizhou Province.Methods All maternal health conditions were investigated by general investigation, the growth and development level of children aged0～5 years were tested by random sampling. Results During 2015～2018, over 94% maternal of local region attended health examination registration and antenatal examination. Among them, 11.86% informant appear mild anemia symptoms, and this rate presents a trend of increasing(P=7.07×10~(-5)<0.05), the rate of delivery in hospital achieved 100% in 2017 and 2018. High risk case occurrence rate of parturition is 31.3% which presents an increasing trend(P=7.79×10~(-8)<0.05). Rate of cesarean section is about 29.38%. The incidence of premature infants was 2.93%, the rate of low birth weight was between 4% and 8%; The incidence of macrosomia was 1.83%, the breastfeeding rate was 74.5%; The rate of low body weight in children aged 0-5 years was between 1% and 4%, growth retardation rate was 2.14%, overweight rate and obesity rate were 0, the rate of mild anemia was 5.03%.Conclusion From 2015 to 2018, maternal health care in Daba town has been greatly improved, however, the growth and development of children aged 0-5 years were still not optimistic.
