BIM与WBS

摘要
建筑工程数据具有其因果关系,智能建造的重点在于建造技术。BIM技术应该植根于建造技术。WBS是项目的综合工具,WBS的每个工作节点就是建造过程的基本方法与工艺,是建造技术的体现,也是智能建造的落脚点,更是BIM系统的基本组件。不同的WBS分解结构就会产生不同的BIM系统。文章分析了基于WBS第四级的open BIM方法及其存在问题,阐明了基于WBS第三级的P-BIM方法,以建造技术为本发展智能(开发分部分项工程软件)建造,为我国BIM落地提出了新的研究方法与发展方向。
Construct Project Data possesses its causal relation, intelligent building's key point is construction technology.BIM Technology takes root in construction technology. WBS is the projects comprehensive tool.Every working section of WBS is the basic method and technology for construction process, embodies construction technology, it is the foothold of intelligent building and the basic element of BIM system. Different WBS work breakdown structure comes from different BIM system.The paper analyses the fourth class open BIM method based on WBS and its problems and explores the third class P-BIM method based on WBS. Taking construction technology as basic principle for promoting intelligent construction(to develop engineering software for subsections and subitems), it puts forward new research method and development trend for implementation of BIM in China.
