翁维良基于“解郁”治疗心血管疾病经验

摘要
总结翁维良基于"解郁"治疗心血管疾病的经验。心主血脉,通过其行血的功能,使血液在脉管中运行,濡养全身,当心行血功能失常,血液无力推动可导致心血管系统疾病的发生。心系疾病血瘀的产生与气郁、痰郁、火郁、食郁皆相关,亦是导致疾病加重的病理因素。本虚多为气血阴阳亏损,心神失养,标实则多为气、血、痰、火等郁结,使得气血运行不畅,治疗应当在活血化瘀治法的基础上注重解郁。
This article summarized professor WENG Weiliang' s experiences in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases based on relieving stagnation. The heart governs blood and vessels. The function of moving blood makes the blood flow in the vessels,and nourishes the whole body. The malfunction does not promote the blood flow,which will lead to the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases. The occurrence of blood stasis of the cardiovascular diseases is related with qi stagnation,phlegm stagnation,fire stagnation,and food stagnation,and they are also the pathological factors leading to the aggregation of disease. The root deficiency is mainly the deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang,and malnutrition of heart and mind. The manifestation excess is mostly the stagnation of qi,blood,phlegm,and fire,which makes the unsmooth movement of blood. The treatment should focus on relieving depression on the basis of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
