摘要
鉴于水利工程具有复杂多样性,且用于水利工程设计计算的软件较少,在AutoCAD绘图软件的基础上使用VB语言对水利工程设计软件进行二次开发,结合水利工程设计原理,构建了溢洪道控制段的优化设计数字化系统开发工具及开发平台,分别对宽顶堰、WES堰和迷宫堰三种堰型的堰宽、堰型选取、剖面设计与应力验算进行分析,利用计算机的高速计算能力,自动选择最优设计方案,并对其泄流量进行校核。实例应用结果表明,该系统实现了对溢洪道堰型的对比选择和设计,优化后的堰体体积占原堰体体积的51%,工程量减小显著,具有很好的经济效益,提高了溢洪道工程设计的效率,具有简单方便、界面友好、结果可靠等优点。结果可为泄水建筑物数字化系统的开发提供参考。
        In view of the complexity and diversity of hydraulic engineering as well as lack of software for design calculation,this paper made a secondary development with VB on the basis of AutoCAD plotting software.Then we established the optimization digital development platform based on the design principle of hydraulic engineering.The weir length,weir shape selection,the profile design and stress check were analyzed respectively in terms of the broad crested weir,WES weir and the labyrinth weir.The integrated system can automatically select the optimal solution and check its discharge through the strong computing capability of computer.Example application results show that the system realizes the spillway weir selection and design,optimized weir volume is accounted for 51% of the original weir volume,and the work amount is reduced significantly,which has good economic benefits and improves the efficiency of the spillway design.This system has a simple,user-friendly interface and its result is reliable,which can provide reference for digital system development of discharge structure.
