基于GIS平台下的地籍数据入库研究

摘要
国土资源管理中,地籍管理是一个基础工作。通过调查地籍和对登记土地,依法确认土地的利用情况、产权的产籍的情况、法律关系,为国土资源管理和社会经济发展提供相应服务。近年来,随着国家在土地管理方面的深入工作,这项工作成为经济宏观中一项重要内容,备受人们关注。随着市场经济的日益发展,土地资源具有的价值愈发突显,这项管理工作的重要性愈发受到重视,被更多人熟知。通过地理信息系统与网络技术,能够完成各项任务,成为现代化管理的一种重要手段。基于此,探讨了基于GIS平台的地籍数据库建设方法,为地籍信息系统建设提供应用参考。
Cadastral management is a basic work in land and resources management. Through the investigation of cadastre and the registration of land, the utilization of land, the status of property rights and legal relations are confirmed according to law, so as to provide corresponding services for land and resources management and social and economic development. In recent years, with the country's in-depth work in land management, this work has become an important part of the macro-economy, which has attracted much attention. With the development of market economy, the value of land resources has become more and more prominent, and the importance of this management work has been paid more attention and more people are familiar with it. Through geographic information system and network technology, we can accomplish various tasks and become an important means of modern management.Based on this, this paper discusses the construction method of cadastral database based on GIS platform, and provides application reference for the construction of cadastral information system.
