摘要
目的探讨声触诊组织定量(VTQ)技术在低温条件下兔肝脏改变中的价值。方法建立-25℃环境下的兔低温模型,分别于低温前(T_0)、低温时(T_1~T_4)5个时间点对肝脏右叶进行二维超声及声触诊组织定量技术检查,观察各个时间点肝脏的回声、剪切波速度(SWV)。结果实验兔肝右叶回声没有发生明显改变。实验兔肝脏右叶的剪切波速度在T_1~T_4各时间点与T_0相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),并且随着时间的变化肝脏的剪切波速度值逐渐升高。从T_2时间点开始,肝脏病理显示明显改变。结论声触诊组织定量技术可以通过肝脏的剪切波速度值反映低温条件下实验兔肝脏的改变,为临床判断肝脏损伤情况提供指导。
        Objective To explore the value of Virtual T_ouch T_issue Quantification(VT_Q)T_echnique in the evaluation of the change of liver in rabbits in low temperature conditions.Methods Rabbits models of-25 ℃ conditions were induced.Ultrasonic examinations were performed at the times before(T_0)and after(T_1-T_4)the rabbits which were treated under-25 ℃ conditions,T_he echo of right liver lobe was evaluated by two-dimensional ultrasound and VT_Q technique.T_he echo changes of right live lobe and SWV were observed at different time.Results No significant changes were found in the echo of right liver lobe.Significant difference of SWV of right lobe of liver were found from T_1 to T_4compared with that at T_0(P<0.05).As time went by,SWV was becoming higher and higher.T_he pathology of liver changed obviously from T_2.Conclusions VTQ Technique can estimate the change of liver through SWV in rabbits in low temperature condition.It can provide guidance of damaged situation of liver for clinical diagnosis.
