<正>肝功能储备指肝脏耐受手术、创伤及打击时的额外潜能,即除了机体所需的代谢、蛋白质合成或降解、解毒功能以外的创伤修复能力和肝脏再生能力。随着肝移植技术、门静脉栓塞术(PVE)、联合肝脏分割和门静脉结扎的分阶段肝切除术(ALPPS)等治疗方案的出现及成熟,大范围肝切除患者数量正逐步增加,其相较于姑息治疗及小范围肝切除而言,在显著提高患者生存率的同时,往往存在着出血、肝衰竭等
