摘要
由于传统的船舶航运忽视逆向物流的重要性,导致船舶物流管理效率低、灵活性差,为此提出并设计了一种基于物流管理的船舶逆向物流系统架构。从物料回收和零部件回收2个方面对回收物流进行跟踪,采用信源分散理论,结合航运信息的动态特征,对物流的来源进行确定,再根据物流管理概念,更新了逆向物流数据库,并利用逆向物流管理思维,实现船舶物流的逆向管理。仿真实验结果表明,基于物流管理的船舶逆向物流系统架构较传统架构的物流管理效率高出了28.3%,且灵活性较好,具备极高的有效性。
        Because the traditional shipping neglects the importance of reverse logistics, which leads to the inefficiency and flexibility of ship logistics management, this paper proposes and designs a ship reverse logistics system architecture based on logistics management. The recycling logistics is tracked from two aspects of material recovery and parts recovery.The source of logistics is determined by using the theory of information decentralization and combining with the dynamic characteristics of shipping information. Then, according to the concept of logistics management, the reverse logistics database is updated, and the reverse logistics management thinking is used to realize the reverse management of ship logistics.The simulation results show that the reverse logistics system architecture based on logistics management is 28.3% more efficient than the traditional one, and has better flexibility and high efficiency.
