本文介绍了wonderware intouch 10.1监控软件在我公司120万吨/年重油制烯烃装置应用情况。该工程底层是采用ICS Trplex公司trusted软件,两者通过MODBUS RTU 485通讯连接,实现了数据相互交换。本文讲述了软件特点及两者实现过程,上位机监控软件功能强大性远远满足了公司生产需要,有效地监控了机组及装置连锁运行。实现了安全无事故,为公司创造了很大效益。
        This paper introduces the wonderware intouch10.1 monitoring software in our company 1.2 million tons/year crude oil olefin device application,the bottom is to use ICS Trplex trusted software company,both through the MODBUS RTU 485 communication connection,realize the data exchange.This article tells the software features and the implementation process,the PC monitoring software functional sex far can meet the needs of the company's production,the unit and the control device chain operation.Implement the safety without accidents,create great benefits for the company.
