摘要
以酸碱处理过的绢云母为载体,水解法包覆一层TiO_2,再通过硫化法包覆一层WS_2,最终得到WS2/TiO_2/绢云母复合物。同时,利用X-射线衍射法(XRD)分别对绢云母、TiO_2/绢云母复合物、WS_2/TiO_2/绢云母复合物及煅烧后的WS_2/TiO_2/绢云母复合物进行了晶相分析,发现400℃煅烧处理后的TiO_2/绢云母复合物更有利于WS2的包覆。
In this paper,the mica that was treated by acid and alkali was carrier. The TiO_2/mica compound was prepared by hydrolytic.The WS_2/TiO_2/mica compound was prepared by vulcanization.We analysised crystal structure of mica, TiO_2/mica compound and WS_2/TiO_2/mica compound by X-ray diffraction.
