摘要
将地沟油催化分解为高级脂肪酸和甘油,再皂化喷雾后制得皂粉。讨论了酸炼的pH值、水解条件和精制条件对脂肪酸得率及色度的影响;研究了反应时间、反应温度、烧碱质量分数、烧碱加入方式、搅拌速度和助剂的种类对皂化率的影响。利用地沟油制得的皂粉的物理性能及去污力符合国家标准和市售洗衣皂粉要求,有应用价值。
Thegutter oil was decomposed into higher fatty acids and glycerin, andthe soap powder hen was produced by saponification and spray. The effects of pH value of acid scouring, hydrolysis conditions and refinement conditions on the yield and color of fatty acids were discussed. The effects of reaction time and temperature,concentration and adding way of of caustic soda, stirring speed and types of additives on saponification rate were studied. The physical properties and detergency of soap powder made from waste oil are in accordance with the national standards and the research has applied value.
