润燥化痰消瘀方加减治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

摘要
目的观察润燥化痰消瘀方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将183例伴口干慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为观察组92例和对照组91例,对照组给予化痰消瘀方口服,观察组给予润燥化痰消瘀方口服,2组总疗程均为6个月,观察2组患者治疗后总体疗效、胃镜疗效及口干症状疗效。结果治疗后,总体疗效观察组总有效率为93. 48%,对照组为84. 62%;胃镜疗效观察组总有效率为66. 30%,对照组为53. 85%;口干症状疗效观察组总有效率为85. 87%,对照组为57. 14%; 2组间疗效比较差异均有统计学意义(P均<0. 05)。结论润燥化痰消瘀方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的疗效优于化痰消瘀方。
Objective It is to observe the clinical efficacy of Runzao Huayu Xiaoyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 183 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with dry mouth were randomly divided into observation group( n = 92) and control group( n = 91). The control group was given Huayu Xiaoyu Decoction orally,and the observation group was given Runzao Huayu Xiaoyu Decoction orally. The total course of treatment was 6 months in the two groups. The overall efficacy,gastroscopic efficacy and efficacy of dry mouth symptoms of the two groups were observed. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of overall efficacy was 93. 48% in the observation group and 84.62% in the control group. The total effective rate of gastroscopic efficacy was 66. 30% in the gastroscope observation group and 53. 85% in the control group. The total effective rate of dry mouth efficacy was 85. 87% in the observation group,and57. 14% in the control group; the difference in the curative effects between the two groups were statistically significant( P <0. 05). Conclusion The efficacy of Runzao Huayu Xiaoyu Decoction is better than that of Huayu Xiaoyu Decoction in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis.
