摘要

雄安新区建设是一项极其复杂的系统工程,面临许多风险和困难,任务十分艰巨。而国内外的新城建设出现很多风险性问题,通过总结其城市管理的经验和理念,为雄安新区的建设提供实践基础和理论支撑。以霍尔模型来分析雄安新区建设过程中的系统性问题,用三维结构来搭建城市建设的管理体系,更好的服务新区建设。
        The construction of Xiong'an New Area is an extremely complicated system engineering, facing many risks and difficulties,the task is very difficult. And there are many risk problems in the construction of new cities in China and abroad, by summing up the experience and ideas of its urban management, it provides the practical basis and theoretical support for the construction of Xiong'an New Area. The hall model is used to analyze the systemic problems in the construction of Xiong'an New Area, and to build the management system of urban construction with three-dimensional structure, and to better serve the construction of new district.
