摘要
介绍了一种制备YAG单晶粉的新方法———熔融玻璃析晶法。利用XRD分析了各个工艺参数对析晶过程的影响。结果表明,最佳析晶温度是1100℃,Al_2O_3的最佳含量是10.71wt%,PbO与SiO_2的最佳质量比是3.86。并且,添加晶种能够有效抑制YAM杂晶产生,提高YAG产率。
        A new method-molten glass crystallization method(MGCM)for the preparation of the YAG single crystal powder is introduced.The effect of various processing parameters on the crystallization phase is analyzed by X-Ray diffraction(XRD).It is found that the optimum crystallization temperature is 1100℃.In the molten glass,the most suitable Al2O3content is 10.71wt%;the proper mass ratio of PbO to SiO2is 3.86.In addition,adding seed crystals can effectively inhibit the formation of the impurity phase and improve the yield of YAG single crystal powder.
