摘要

对陕西省延安市巨菌草产业的基本情况进行了介绍,对该市巨菌草的引进与应用效果进行了分析,并提出了发展巨菌草产业的对策及建议,从而为加速延安市产业扶贫步伐,加快其规模化发展,推动延安市粮改饲项目的推进和特色资源、绿色有机食品的开发及产业链的延伸奠定良好的基础。
        The development status of giant fungus grass industry in Yan′an of Shaanxi Province was introduced, the introduction and utilization effect of giant fungus grass in this region were analyzed, and the suggestions on development of giant fungus grass industry were put forward, in hoping to provide basis for promoting the progress of industrial poverty alleviation, scaled development of giant fungus grass industry, grain to feed program, featured resources and green and organic food development as well as its industrial chain extension in this region.
