摘要

建设科技成果产业化基地是加快实施创新驱动发展战略,促进科技与经济紧密结合,引导科技成果对接特色产业需求转移转化的重要举措,同时也是推进苏南国家科技成果转移转化示范区建设的重要内容。如何推进建设好苏南科技成果产业化基地,切实为苏南地区特色战略性新兴产业发展提供载体支撑,是新时期摆在江苏苏南高质量发展工作中的重要话题。文章介绍了科技成果产业化基地建设有关背景,分析了科技成果产业化基地建设内涵,并对国内有关科技成果产业化基地建设现状进行了概括整理,以期为苏南地区推进建设科技成果产业化基地提供参考借鉴。
        The construction of scientific and technological achievements industrialization base is an important movement to accelerate the implementation of the innovation-driven development strategy, promote the close integration of science and technology and economics, and guide the transfer of scientific and technological achievements to the demand and transformation of characteristic industries, which is also an important part of promoting the construction of Sunan national science and technology achievements transfer and transformation demonstration zone. How to better promote the construction of Sunan scientific and technological achievements industrialization base, to provide carrier support for the development of strategic emerging industries in Sunan, is an important topic in the Sunan's high-quality development under the new circumstances. This paper introduces the background of the construction of scientific and technological achievements industrialization base. The connotation and current status of the construction of scientific and technological achievements industrialization bases are also analyzes and summarized, for the purpose of providing reference in promoting the construction of scientific and technological achievements.
