摘要
基于是食品中氰化物衍生化及顶空气相色谱技术,本实验尝试建立了一种适用于乳制品样品中氰化物含量快速检测方法,同时,对检测过程中衍生剂用量、衍生p H值、气相顶空平衡时间和平衡温度等条件进行优化。利用该方法对20种不同品牌乳制品中的氰化物含量进行分析检测,实验结果表明,该方法具有良好的准确度和灵敏度,氰离子在0.001 mg/L~0.1 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,最低检出限为0.00056 mg/L,相对标准偏差值低于10%,回收率在86.9%~91.8%,稳定性好,抗干扰能力强,在实际生产中具有很好的应用价值。
Based on cyanide derivatization and headspace gas chromatography in food,a rapid method for detection of cyanide content in dairy products was established in this experiment.At the same time,the amount of derivatized agent,derived pH value,gas phase headspace equilibrium time and equilibrium temperature were optimized.The method is used to analyze the cyanide content in 20 different brands of dairy products.The experimental results show that the method has good accuracy and sensitivity.The linear relationship of cyanide ions in the range of 0.001 mg/L to 0.1 mg/L is good,the minimum detection limit is 0.00056 mg/L,the standard deviation value is lower than10 %,and the recovery rate is 86.9 %~91.8 % has good stability and strong anti-interference ability.It has very good application value in actual production.
