摘要
主要介绍了大倾角带式输送机的设计要点和对张双楼煤矿井下大倾角带式输送机的实际应用调研。经调研分析,通过采取特殊防滑技术措施,解决了大倾角下运带式输送机-34°段的物料防滑问题。几年来,输送带运行状况良好。为煤矿井下大倾角带式输送机的设计提供一个技术指引和参考。
Mainly introduced the design essentials of the belt conveyor with large inclination and the practical applicationresearch of the belt conveyor with large inclination in Zhangshuanglou coal mine.Through investigation and analysis, the problem of material anti-skid in section-34° of large inclined downward belt conveyor was solved by adopting special anti-skid technical measures. The belt has been running well for several years. It will provide a technical guidance and reference for the design of large angle belt conveyor in underground coal mines in the future.
