摘要
通过阐述变截面涡轮增压器调节机构工作原理,分析了其调节结构运动副磨损的原因及影响;验证了运动副摩擦面渗氮处理可有效防止调节机构的磨损,提升了增压器可靠性。
This paper described principle of VGT regulating equipment, analyzed effect of the regulating equipment's abrasion.permeability nitrogen is a surface treatment technology, it was used on regulating equipment of a VGT, examination proved this treatment could prevent abrasion, improve turbocharger's reliability.
