摘要
采用有限元与边界元联合求解的方法对高压油泵壳体表面辐射噪声特性进行研究。利用Pro/E软件建立了高压油泵壳体三维模型,利用Abaqus软件求解其表面振动响应,把其结果作为在Virtual.Lab Acoustics软件中边界元求解辐射声场时的边界条件,并分析了对整体表面辐射噪声声功率贡献较大的部位,计算结果与试验结果吻合较好,表明该方法可行性高,并为后续高压油泵结构的改进设计提供了参考。
        In this paper, the finite element method(FEM) and boundary element method(BEM) are used to study the noise characteristics radiated by high pressure oil pump housing. The Pro/E software is used to establish the 3 D model of the high pressure oil pump housing, and the vibration response of the surface of high pressure oil pump housing is derived by using Abaqus software. The results of vibration response are used as the boundary conditions in using the BEM of Virtual.Lab Acoustics software to solve the radiated sound field, and the main contribution regions to the overall radiation noise of high pressure oil pump housing are analyzed. The calculation result is in good agreement with the experimental one, which indicates that this method is feasible and can provide a reference for improving the subsequent structure design of high pressure oil pump.
