薄煤层沿空留巷成巷过程矿压显现规律研究

摘要
为了研究薄煤层无煤柱开采,留巷成巷过程工作面与巷道矿山压力显现规律,以黄陵矿业公司瑞能煤业117留巷成巷过程为工程背景,通过现场数据监测、理论分析等综合研究,对薄煤层切顶沿空留巷成巷过程中工作面及巷道矿压规律进行系统分析。结果表明:工作面初次来压和周期来压都有所减小;留巷段顶板成不规则下沉且采空区侧明显大于实体煤侧;留巷段受不同影响可分为4个区域,分别为掘进影响区、一次采动超前影响区、矸石垮落影响区、成巷稳定区。其中矸石垮落影响区巷道围岩压力最大,巷道收敛程度最高,为留巷分区支护奠定理论基础。
        To study the pattern of ground pressure towards mining face and roadways during the roadway retaining process of no-pillar mining on thin coal seams, the retaining process of entry 117 conducted by Ruineng mining company is taken as engineering background, and systematic analysis of the above-mentioned pressure pattern is carried through on-site data monitoring and theoretical analysis. The analytic results show: the first weighting and periodic weighting on the mining working face both have decreased; roof of the roadway retaining area irregularly caved in and it caved in deeper at the goaf area than at the mining area; the roadway retaining area can be divided into four zones according to the influence exerted to them, which are drilling affected zone, primary mining pre-affecting zone, coal gangue collapse affecting zone and stable zone. The gangue collapse affecting zone showed the highest pressure towards surrounding rock roadway and the highest convergence of roadway.Provides theoretical basis for roadway retaining and sub-regional supporting.
