摘要
目的:分析微生物检验科临床培养质量的影响因素与病原菌耐药性。方法:收集VB医院2016年7月至2017年7月收治的感染性疾病患者标本,共计603份,分析不同菌株的数量及对检测质量造成影响的因素,对具体操作过程进行全程监视与记录,经过药敏实验进行SPSS 20.0软件进行数据统计与分析处理。结果:对微生物检验质量造成影响的主要因素包括设备与仪器、人员技能水平、标本采集过程及保存时间、样本检测方法等。本次实验中,共分离病原菌603株,包括312株革兰阴性菌、240株革兰阳性菌、51株真菌,其中大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等病原菌的耐药性较强,尤其对于喹诺酮类药物、红霉素药物、β-内酰胺类药物、头孢类药物的耐药性较强。结论:明确微生物检验质量的影响因素,从而在后续检验中采取有效措施加以干预,有效提高微生物检验质量及检验效果,通过耐药性实验有效提高感染性疾病的临床治疗药物选择的科学性及合理性。
        Objective: To analyze the drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria and determine the degree of drug resistance of pathogens. Methods: from July 2016 to July 2017, the specimens of infectious diseases were collected in VB Hospital. The total number of samples collected was 603. The quantity of different strains and the factors influencing the quality of test were analyzed. The whole process of operation was monitored and recorded. SPSS 20.0 was carried out by drug sensitivity test. The software carries on the data statistics and the analysis processing. Results:Themain factors influencing the quality of microbiological examination include equipment and instrument, personnel skill level,sample collection process and storage time, sample detection method and so on. In this experiment, a total of 603 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated, including 312 gram-negative bacteria, 240 gram-positive bacteria and 51 fungi.Among them, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and other pathogens had strong drug resistance, especially to quinolones. The drug resistance of erythromycin, β-lactam and cephalosporin is stronger. Conclusion:Thefactors influencing the quality of microbiological examination should be fully clarified. Effective measures were taken to intervene in the continuous test to improve the quality and effect of microbiological examination and to improve the scientific and rational choice of clinical treatment drugs for infectious diseases by drug resistance test.
