摘要
图像处理技术的发展,使得机器视觉技术越来越多的应用到现代化工业生产当中。通过研究机器视觉在物体分拣问题中的应用,利用ARM9开发平台,设计一款模拟工业分拣系统装置,介绍了开发中所用到的图像处理函数与算法。在霍夫直线检测和霍夫圆变换方法基础上,提出一种评价轮廓与所拟合正方形误差的计算方法。通过模拟实验平台模拟工业物体分拣过程,能够实现对规则物体与残次物体的分拣,验证了所提出识别方法的可行性。
        With the development of image processing technology,machine vision technology has been widely used in modernindustrial production. This paper studies the application of machine vision in object sorting problem,designs an analog industrialsorting system device by using ARM9 development platform,and introduces the image processing function and algorithm used in thedesign. Based on the Hough linear detection method and the Hough circle transform method,a method for evaluating the contourand the fitted square error is proposed. By simulating the sorting process of industrial objects on the device,this method can realizethe sorting between regular objects and residual objects,and verify the feasibility of the proposed method.
