脑宁清汤治疗慢性偏头痛的临床效果
摘要
目的探讨脑宁清汤治疗慢性偏头痛的临床效果。方法选取该院2008年1月至2016年12月收治的242例慢性偏头痛患者作为研究对象,因依从性较差脱落9例,不能坚持服药3个月剔除15例,共218例完成3个月疗程。采用自拟的中药方(脑宁清汤)进行治疗。观察治疗前后头痛性质、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分,观察有效性和不良反应情况。结果 218例患者治疗后头痛程度、发作时间和持续时间均显著缩短,同时治疗后患者的SAS和SDS评分均显著下降,治疗总有效率为90.8%(198/218)。在整过治疗过程中,9例患者出现大便次数增多,6例患者出现胃部不适,均自行缓解。所有患者无一例出现肝肾功能异常。结论脑宁清汤具有较好的治疗慢性偏头痛疗效,值得临床推广应用。
