中药塌渍治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎36例

摘要
目的观察中药塌渍治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的患者随机分为2组,治疗组采用口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片加中药塌渍治疗,对照组采用口服美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗,连续治疗4周。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后主要症状积分比较均有不同程度的统计学差异,且治疗组优于对照组,治疗组总有效率为91.7%(33/36),对照组总有效率为83.3%(30/36),2组间总体疗效有显著性差异。结论应用中药塌渍治疗脾肾阳虚型溃疡性结肠炎能明显改善患者的临床症状,疗效非常满意,适合于临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the curative effect of the Chinese herbal medicine soakage in treating ulcerative colitis of yang deficiency of both spleen and kidney. Methods The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated by oral mesalazine enteric tablets and Chinese medicine soakage. The control group was treated with oral mesalazine enteric tablets. The course was 4 weeks of continuous treatment. Results After treatment, main symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group were statistically different in different degrees. The treatment group was superior to the control group. The total effective rate was 91.7% in the treatment group and 83.3% in the control group. There were significant differences in overall efficacy between the two groups. Conclusion The clinical symptoms of ulcerative colitis with yang deficiency in spleen and kidney syndrome can be improved by Chinese medicine soakage. The curative effect is very satisfied, suitable for clinical promotion application.
