摘要
美容外科学和美容医学专业与其他临床专业一样,具有科学性、规范性、严谨性,而科学性越强越有利于创新。近年来,由于人们生活水平的不断提高,求美者数量大幅度增加。至使从事美容整形工作的从业者参差不齐,甚至导致美容外科学和美容医学中的多数形态学知识出现混乱和严重缺乏。在仅有的理论和知识中,多为引进的西方资料,缺乏对动态表情的形态学基础资料。从而可能会导致如此局面:误认为"绷紧了"就是面部年轻化,"填平了"就是年轻化等。会使治疗效果失去了生命本身活力美,而使美容医学大打折扣。因此,从本期开始刊出与引进的西方资料有人种差异的国人的面颈部"动态结构型解剖学"的讲座,以供同道们参考、指正、探讨。
The specialty of cosmetic surgery and aesthetic medicine is the same as other clinical professions. It is scientific,normative, and rigorous. The more scientific, the more innovation can be promoted. In recent years, the number of patients seeking aesthetic improvement has increased substantially with the continuous improvement of people's living standards. However, the standards of practice across the various cosmetic and plastic surgery clinics were inconsistent, leading to confusion and a serious lack of anatomical knowledge in cosmetic surgery and aestheticmedicine. Most of the current theories and knowledge come from Western data and lack the basic morphological data to result in dynamic expressions for the Chinese patient. This has possibly led to a situation in which cosmetic surgery physicians mistakenly believe that"tighter"facial tissue results in facial rejuvenation and"filling in"produces a youthful appearance. This misunderstanding will result in a loss of natural vitality in the resulting treatments and lower the quality of cosmetic medicine overall. Therefore, from this issue forward, we will publish a series of lectures on the "Dynamic Structural Anatomy of the Chinese Face and Neck,"in order to demonstrate the differences from the imported Western data. The purpose is to provide a body of material for reference, correction, and discussion.
