摘要
随着信息时代的到来,如何更好发挥大型仪器设备的作用,是许多科研院所遇到的难题,课题组通过对市场调研,以需求为导向,以共享为核心,以补贴为手段,以整合资源和集成为主线。按照"整合、共享、完善、提高"的要求,建立高效的网上设备共享平台,鼓励科学仪器设备拥有单位主动为其他院内机构服务。本文提出以B/S架构建立科研仪器设备共享平台,利用设备监测系统掌握系统内部大型科研仪器设备的使用情况,提高设备使用效率。并通过该平台逐步建立和完善科我院属单位科学仪器设备设施共享和监测机制。
        With the advent of the information age, how to better play the role of large-scale instruments and equipment is a difficult problem encountered by many scientific research institutes. Through market research, the research team takes demand as the orientation, sharing as the core, subsidies as the means, integration of resources and integration as the main line. In accordance with the requirements of "integration, sharing, perfection and improvement", an efficient online equipment sharing platform is established, and scientific instrument and equipment owners are encouraged to take the initiative to serve other institutes. In this paper, a sharing platform of scientific research instruments and equipment based on B/S architecture is proposed. The equipment monitoring system is used to master the use of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment in the system and to improve the efficiency of equipment use. Through this platform, we gradually establish and improve the sharing and monitoring mechanism of scientific instruments and equipment facilities in the affiliated units of our institute.
