基于可拓学的航空公司应急事件处置能力评估模型研究

摘要
通过构建层次分析法和物元可拓模型相结合的方法,研究分析航空公司处置应急事件存在的问题,提高航空公司应急事件处置能力。为使得评价指标在实际情况下更具有针对性和可操作性,本文提出了4个准则、17项指标组成的航空公司应急事件处置能力评价指标体系,并使用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,结合物元可拓模型建立航空公司应急事件处置能力评价模型。运用该模型进行实例验证,表明此评价模型有效可行。
Through the combination of analytic hierarchy process and matter-element extension model, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the handling of emergency incidents by airlines, and improves the handling ability of airline emergency events. In order to make the evaluation index in the actual situation more targeted and operable, in this paper, 4 criteria and 17 indexes of airline emergency Disposal Capability Evaluation Index system are put forward, and the evaluation model of airline emergency event disposition ability is established by using analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to determine each index weight and combining matter-element extension model. It is proved that this model is effective and feasible by the example.
