健脾理气方联合温针灸治疗功能性消化不良的效果及对患者生活质量的影响

摘要
目的探讨健脾理气方联合温针灸治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的效果及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选取我院2016年6月至2018年6月收治的FD患者128例为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组,各64例。对照组给予健脾理气方治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合温针灸治疗。观察比较两组患者治疗前、后中医症状积分、胃排空时间及生活质量,并比较两组的临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组各中医症状积分及总分均降低,且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组胃排空时间及SF-36评分均改善,且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾理气方联合温针灸治疗FD可取得满意的临床效果,其可改善患者临床症状,缩短胃排空时间并提高患者的生活质量。
Objective To explore the effect of Jianpi Liqi recipe combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on functional dyspepsia(FD) and its impact on petients' quality of life. Methods A total of 128 cases with FD treated in our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were selected as study objects and randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Jianpi Liqi recipe, while the treatment group was treated with warm acupuncture and moxibustion on the basis of the control group. The scores of TCM symptoms, gastric emptying time and quality of life before and after treatment were observed, and the clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the scores of TCM symptoms and total scores in both groups decreased, and those in the treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the gastric emptying time and SF-36 scores of both groups improved, and those in the treatment group were better than the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Liqi recipe combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion can achieve satisfactory clinical effect in the treatment of FD, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients, shorten the time of gastric emptying and improve patients' quality of life.
