摘要
为了解龙岩烟区烤烟不同品种对烟蚜种群的影响,于2014年2—6月在福建省烟草公司龙岩市公司烟科所基地进行相关调查研究。结果表明:4月上中旬有翅烟蚜逐渐迁入烟田,在4月下旬—5月达高峰期,有翅烟蚜迁飞到烟田有2个高峰期,基本呈现双峰曲线,5月下旬—6月上旬急剧减少;烟田小气候的温度与‘闽烟35’烟株上有翅烟蚜虫口密度、有翅蚜株率或‘云烟87’烟株上僵蚜虫口密度间均有显著性相关;不同品种对烟蚜虫口密度、有蚜株率、无翅蚜或僵蚜虫口密度间均达显著性差异,特别对僵蚜虫口密度在早春烟组和春烟组中影响一致;对无翅蚜、僵蚜虫口密度影响也较一致。研究结果说明,不同品种对龙岩烟区烟蚜种群、有翅、无翅和僵蚜的影响不同;田间小气候对烟蚜种群的影响,决定于不同的品种种类。无翅烟蚜、僵蚜虫口密度可能是影响烟蚜种群数量的重要因素之一。这对选育抗蚜品种和烟蚜及其传播的病害防治具有重要的参考作用。
The effects of different flue-cured tobacco varieties on Myzus persicae in Longyan was carried out from February to June in 2014. The results showed that winged Myzus persicae started to fly into tobacco fields in the first ten-day period of April. There was a fastigium between the last ten-day period of April and the second ten-day period of May for Myzus persicae. Additionally, two fastigiums, bimodal curve, of Myzus persicae were also found. And the numbers of aphids rapidly declined in the last ten-day period of May and the first ten-day period of June. The temperature of micro-climate in tobacco fields had a significant correlation with the winged aphids density, winged aphid plant rates of'Minyan 35'plants, and the mummy density of'Yunyan 87'. Besides, different varieties had different effects on aphids density, aphid plant rates, no-winged aphids or mummy density in tobacco fields, especially had coherent effect on the mummy density in early spring tobacco group and spring tobacco group. Thus, it is suggested that the effects of varieties on aphids,winged aphids, no-winged aphids and mummy in tobacco fields are different in Longyan, no-winged aphids or mummy density can be the key factors to determine the population quantity of Myzus persicae. This study could provide certain references for the seed selection of anti-aphid varieties and the control of Myzus persicae in tobacco fields.
