摘要
目的:观察中风1号汤剂对急性脑出血大鼠磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/蛋白激酶B(PI3K/AKT)信号通路的影响。方法:将50只雄性Sprague-Dawley大鼠随机分为5组(中风1号组、甘露醇组、模型组、假手术组、空白组),每组10只,并给予造模,应用荧光定量RT-PCR技术检测各组脑出血大鼠脑组织中磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶和蛋白激酶B的表达水平,运用2-△△CT法分析结果。结果:中风1号组PI3K和AKT相关表达水平相对于模型组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:中风1号汤剂在急性脑出血时对组织起到的脑保护作用与其激活了PI3K/AKT信号通路有关。
        Objective:To observe the effect of decoction of Zhongfeng No.1 on phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase/protein kinase B(PI3 K/AKT)signaling pathway in rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Fifty male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(Zhongfeng No.1 group,mannitol group,model group,sham operation group,and blank group)with 10 rats in each group. RT-PCR was used to detect the expression of phosphoinositide 3-kinase and protein kinase B in the brains of rats with intracerebral hemorrhage. The results were analyzed by 2-△△CT. Results:The expression levels of PI3 K and AKT in Zhongfeng No.1 group were significantly increase from those in the model group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The brain protective effect of Zhongfeng No.1 Decoction on acute cerebral hemorrhage is related to its activation of PI3 K/AKT signaling pathway.
