李云英治疗声带息肉经验

摘要
介绍李云英治疗声带息肉经验。声带息肉为常见嗓音疾病,且存在癌变风险。李云英根据声带息肉的特点,辨证时注重整体观念与局部诊察相结合,认为声带息肉主要病机为痰、瘀、风,既痰瘀互结,又易兼挟风邪。认为嗓音过用和误用、饮食不节等造成声带脉络损伤,局部血运失畅,津液停聚,成瘀化痰,凝结声带成为有形之声带息肉;声带伏留之痰瘀日久易化内风,使声带息肉迁延难愈,二者外感风邪易引动伏留之痰瘀出现声嘶或加重声嘶。治疗常以行气化痰祛瘀、疏风利喉开音为法,善用虫类药搜风剔络、化痰祛瘀,同时注重顾护气阴、补虚泻实、扶正祛邪。
This paper introduced LI Yunying's experiences in treating polyp of vocal cords. Vocal cords polyp is a common voice disease with a high risk of malignancy. According to the characteristics of the disease,Prof. LI emphasized conception of holism combine with local diagnosis. She considered that the main pathogenesis of vocal cords polyp base on Chinese medicine theory are phlegm-blood stasis and wind evil. Common reasons like overuse of voice,misuse of voice and irregular diet will cause vocal cords vein damage. Local blood circulation obstruction and local fluid flow stagnation and delivery disorder resulted in blood stasis and transformed into phlegm. Blood stasis and phlegm consequently coagulated vocal cords to become visible vocal cord polyp. In addition,the phlegm and blood stasis in vocal cords are easy to dissolve the internal wind for a long time,which makes vocal cords polyp protracted and difficult to heal. Exogenous wind pathogen is also tendency to induce the phlegm and blood stasis in vocal cords to appear hoarseness or hoarseness aggravation. Treatment strategies of vocal cords polyp are moving qi,eliminating both phlegm-blood stasis,dispersing wind,clearing larynx and opening sound. Prof. LI has rich experiences in prescription of insect medicine to dispersing wind and soothing collaterals,resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis.Meanwhile,she focuses on tonifying qi and yin,reinforcing deficiency,eliminating excess,enhancing healthy qi and removing pathogenic factors.
