摘要
目的采用气相色谱-质谱法对新益心宁神片中挥发性成分进行研究。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取新益心宁神片挥发油,GC-MS对所提取的挥发油成分进行分离鉴定,按照峰面积归一化法计算出各成分的相对百分含量。结果从新益心宁神片挥发油中共分离出47个色谱峰,鉴定出35个组分,占挥发油总量的93. 02%。其挥发油成分主要以萜类及其衍生物为主,萜类主要是倍半萜,衍生物主要是醇和酯,其中含量高于1%的成分有15种,主要包括依兰烯(30. 64%)、长叶蒎烯(10. 70%)、γ-雪松烯(9. 42%)、4-(1,5-二甲基-4-己烯亚基)-1-甲基环己烯(8. 24%)、α-柏木烯(6. 30%)、脱氢香橙烯(4. 13%)、4-叔丁基邻苯二酚-2甲醚(2. 54%)、β-雪松烯(2. 5%)、4-庚基苯乙酮(2. 15%)等。结论本方法适用于新益心宁神片挥发性成分分析,新益心宁神片挥发油种类丰富,能够为新益心宁神片的进一步开发利用研究提供理论依据。
        Objective To Study volatile constituents in new Yixin Ningshen tablets by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry( GC-MS). Methods Volatile oil was extracted from new Yixin Ningshen Tablets by steam distillation. The volatile oil was separated and identified by GC-MS and the relative percentage of each component was calculated by peak area normalization method. Results47 chromatographic peaks were detected,among which 35 compounds were identified,accounting for 93. 02% of the total volatile oil.The main components were terpenoids and their derivatives,and terpenoids were mainly sesquiterpenes,and derivatives were alcohol and ester. There were 15 ingredients with a content of more than 1%,mainly including elane( 30. 64%),Longipinene( 10. 70%),γ-Cedrene( 9. 42%),4-( 1,5-dimethyl-4-hexene)-1-methylcyclohexene( 8. 24%),α-Cedrene( 6. 30%),Dehydroorangeene( 4. 13%),4-tert-butyl catechol-2 methyl ether( 2. 54%),β-Cedrene( 2. 5%),4-heptanyl Acetophenone( 2. 15%),etc. Conclusion The method is suitable for the analysis of volatile components in new Yixin Ningshen tablets. There are many kinds of volatile oil in new Yixin Ningshen tablets. The study provides a theoretical evidence for the further development and utilization of new Yixin Ningshen tablets.
