GT-POWER在排气系统开发中的应用

摘要
本文以某一排气系统开发为例,展示了GT-POWER软件在排气系统开发中的应用。主要开发分三个阶段进行:第一阶段是在没有整车和发动机条件下,利用模拟声源进行分析,确定排气系统的管径、消声器客积及位置分布;第二阶段是在有发动机资源的条件下利用软件构建发动机模型并结合发动机台架测试对排气系统进行声学开发;第三阶段是在整车上进行测试验证。经过这三个阶段的分析和试验可以看出,一维分析软件GT-POWER在排气系统的开发应用中起到至关重要的作用,直接缩短了排气系统的声学开发周期。
In this paper,the exhaust system was developed by using the GT-POWER software.First,the pipe diameter as well as the volume and distribution of muffler were determined based on the simulated sound source analysis.Then,combined with engine experiments,the engine model was established and the acoustic analysis of the exhaust system was implemented.Meanwhile,the design of exhaust system was tested on the vehicle.The results show that the simulation method by GT-Power software can improve the efficiency of the exhaust system development.
