以Co_3[Co(CN)_6]_2为模板的新型磁性纳米复合材料的制备及在高效催化方面的应用

摘要
当前具有卓越催化性能的贵金属纳米粒子备受人们的关注,但是其高昂的成本限制了其在工业领域上的应用。在此我们设计了一种新型的Co@Si O_2@C/Ni复合纳米粒子来作为其替代品,应用于对硝基苯酚的还原表现出超高的催化活性和较高的稳定性。同时,还原出的镍颗粒粒径可通过改变多巴胺和镍盐的摩尔比和焙烧温度来控制,从而可对其催化性能进行有效的调控和改进,合成方法简单便捷,节省成本。
At present, the noble metal nanoparticles with excellent catalytic performance have attracted much attention, but the high cost limits its application in the field of industry. Herein, we designed Co@SiO_2@C/Ni robust hybrid nanocomposites as a substitute, which can be employed as the reaction catalyst to investigate the catalytic performance in the reduction of 4-NP. The nanocomposites exhibit both superior catalytic activity and high stability for the reduction of p-nitrophenol. Simultaneously, the size and density of the nickel nanoparticles could be precisely controlled by adjusting the molar ratio of nickel salt to dopamine, or changing the different calcination temperature, which can effectively control the catalytic performance of the as-prepared nanocomposites. The synthetic method is simple and convenient, and cost savings.
