摘要
维氏硬度适用于较薄工件、工具表面或镀层的硬度测试,是衡量电工钢电工钢物理性能的一个重要指标.按照国标GB/T4340.1-2009的要求进行了设备的调试与设定。依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》的要求,建立了不确定度计算的数学模型,并根据硬度计自身的特性及测试物质的报告,分别从压痕对角线长度、试验力和结果修约等方面对测试结果中HV值可能产生影响的各类因素进行了详尽的分析,并对测量结果不确定度的计算和评估进行了探讨。
The vickers-hardness is one important indicator of physical property of the electrical steel;mainly test for thin film,tool surface and some coating material.We have debugged the equipment based on the requirements of GB/T4340.1-2009,and followed the rules of JJF 1059.1-2012,setting up a mathematical model of the extent of uncertainty.We have done a exhaustive analysis from indentation diagonal length,testing force and rounding off of the testing result combined of the properties and reports from the samples,making a exploration on the calculation and assessment of the extent of uncertainty bu Vickers-hardness measurement.
