摘要
目的:研究硝酸甘油和阿司匹林联合治疗心绞痛的临床效果。方法:病例资料来源于我院2014年4月-2015年1月就诊的70例心绞痛患者。随机分组方法:随机数字表法。70例患者分为单药组和联用药组。单药组单用硝酸甘油治疗;联用药组以硝酸甘油和阿司匹林联合治疗。比较(1)总有效率;(2)不良反应发生率;(3)患者ST段抬高幅度、心绞痛发作次数的差异。结果:(1)联用药组对比单药组总有效率更高,P<0.05;(2)两组不良反应发生率无显著差异,P>0.05;(3)联用药组对比单药组ST段抬高幅度更高,心绞痛发作次数更少,P<0.05。结论:硝酸甘油和阿司匹林联合治疗心绞痛的临床效果确切,可有效改善患者临床症状,改善心电图症状,控制心绞痛发作,且安全性高,对患者预后有益,值得推广。
objective: to study the nitroglycerin and aspirin in combination with clinical effect for the treatment of angina pectoris. Methods: the clinical data from the hospital in April 2014-January 2015 of 70 cases of patients with angina pectoris. Randomized approach: random number table approach. 70 patients were divided into single medicine group and treatment group. Single druggroups to nitroglycerin therapy; Treatment group with nitroglycerin and aspirin combination therapy.(1) the total effective rate;(2) the incidence of adverse reactions.(3) in patients with ST segmentelevation differences, attack frequency of angina pectoris. Results:(1) the union medication group compared to single drug group total effective rate is higher, P < 0.05;(2) the incidence of adversereactions to the two groups had no significant difference, P > 0.05;(3) the union medication group contrast single-agent ST segment elevation rate higher, less attack frequency of angina pectoris, P < 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect of nitroglycerin and aspirin combination treatment angina pectoris exactly, which can effectively improve the patients' clinical symptoms, improve the symptoms ofelectrocardiogram(ecg), control angina pectoris attack, and high safety, beneficial to patient prognosis, is worth promoting.
