世界各国热核聚变反应堆专利布局研究

摘要
本文从专利申请的国别分布角度对世界热核聚变反应堆专利布局进行了系统研究,发现日本的申请量占到54%以上,与日本在核聚变研究领域的巨大投入相符合;美国核聚变专利申请体现了少而精的特点;其余主要国家,如俄罗斯、德国、法国、中国的专利申请都比较真实地反映了各个国家的投入程度和研发实力。从主要申请人角度分析,日本的企业占据了相当大的比例。从专利预警来看,目前国外所公开的绝大部分专利技术在华都没有申请专利,因此,对我国承研承制单位来讲,是一个难得的无偿借鉴先进技术,提高科研起点的机遇。
By studying systematically the patent portfolio of the worldwide thermonuclear fusion reactor,the article found that the patent application of Japan occupied over 54% which corresponded to the huge investment in nuclear fusion research.The patent application of America is fewer but better.The patent application of other countries like Russia,Germany,France and China reflected truly its investment and research and development.Japanese companies occupied most proportion from the point of applicants.Now the vast majority of opened patent technology didn't apply in China from the point of patent early warning.So it is a rare opportunity for our research units to use advanced technology for reference and improve the starting point of scientific research.
